Acceptable Use Policy

Schedule A to the Scene Lead Master Services Agreement · Pilot Version 1.3.0

This policy is Schedule A to the Pilot Terms of Service, also called the Scene Lead Master Services Agreement (the "Agreement"), between your Studio and Cyriac Labs, LLC. It protects the People You Serve, other studios and the Service.

1. You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Break the law, or help anyone else break it.
  • Send spam, or send messages to people who have not given the consent the law requires; or continue messaging anyone who has opted out; or try to bypass a suppression, quiet hours or a sending limit.
  • Harass, threaten, defame, exploit or endanger anyone, or store content you have no right to store.
  • Misrepresent who you are, impersonate another organization, or sell tickets or places for events or classes that do not exist.
  • Probe, scan, overload, or interfere with the Service, or test its security without our written permission; attempt to access another organization's data; share single-use invitation links, kiosk links or credentials with anyone other than the intended recipient.
  • Resell or white-label the Service without a written agreement with us.
  • Invite a child under 13 to enter information into the Service directly; minors' information must come from a parent or guardian (your staff may enter what a parent or guardian gives you).
  • Store data with heightened legal protection that the Service is not designed for — for example medical or health records (including injury reports or medical histories beyond brief emergency notes), payment card numbers, bank account numbers, Social Security or government ID numbers, background-check reports, or passwords.

2. Event and payment integrity

  • Prices, fees, and refund policies you show your customers must be truthful, and you must honor them.
  • You are responsible for the safety and legality of your own classes, events and venues.

3. Enforcement

We may warn, suspend or terminate access for violations as Section 17.3 of the Agreement provides; where practicable we give notice first, and suspension for a genuine emergency (abuse in progress, a security risk, a legal demand) may be immediate. We may remove content that violates this policy or the law.

4. Reporting

Report abuse through Help → "Report a problem" in the app or to legal@cyriaclabs.com.
